MATHABA news network has been online since 19th October 1999, or thereabouts.

MATHABA has grown over the years to one of the most popular independent news agencies in the world. We also are in No. 1 position for Google search for Independent News Agencies, from millions of results.

-- Helping out with editing of submitted items

-- Helping out with translations of articles

-- Helping out with managing of volunteers

On April 7, 2011, we opened this Mathaba Publication Bridge so that the first three things above are now easily possible. Managing volunteers, we are still looking for the solution to that :-)

Ideas for what you can submit for publication

Mathaba is all about empowering YOU to submit news, opinion, or analysis, which has the power to change the world. When people know more about something, they are better empowered to change the world around them, and ultimately the people can come to power. All this requires participation, activity!

Are you sick of the lies or slanted news media? Then, next time you see some news, write it down, or copy it, but change it by removing the bias, the slant. You can even "un-spin" the spin. Do a little research. Add links inside your report, to back it up with evidence and links to the research of others.

Taking part in a conference, demonstration or meeting? No matter how small it is, REPORT it. Who else will, if not you. This is what MPB is for, so use it, and you will be really helping to change the world.
